Cina is a founder of Soul Ride, passionate mountain biker and a mother of two awesome kids. She grew up in the San Gabriel Mountains in Southern California where she began racing skis and snowboards at a young age. Cina had the joy of living in South Lake Tahoe, Hawaii and San Diego before moving to Prescott where she was introduced to the sport of mountain biking and naturally fell in love. Comfortable with downhill speed and able to pick a great fall line, mountain biking was the next best thing to shredding the slopes. Cina has raced In Prescott’s Epic Rides, Whiskey off Road in the women’s single speed category. She is also an IMBA level 1 ICP, and is certified in CPR and First AID. When not out exploring Prescott’s pristine single track she is the owner and operator of C’VeLo wellness center. As a licensed NCBT for over fifteen years, Cina has an in depth understanding of human anatomy and body mechanics. Her expertise in body work will help you align your body with your bike for optimal flow. Cina’s love for the outdoors and enthusiasm for mountain biking will get you excited for the journey on and off your bike.
Kate is a founder of Soul Ride, an avid mountain biker, committed mother and Masters level wellness counselor with over a decade of experience focusing on women’s health and human development. She is a certified IMBA level 1 instructor and is certified in CPR and First AID. Kate has experienced great success racing her single speed bike throughout Arizona, reaching the podium in both the Whiskey Off road and The Tour of the White Mountains. Her deepest passion is to watch people laugh, grow and expand while experiencing the joys of mountain biking. Kate takes pleasure in helping riders access their personal potential, increasing perseverance and overcoming mental obstacles on their bike. As a cancer survivor she knows how challenging life can get, through time on her bike she healed not only her body but her mind. Kate has intimate knowledge of the local trails and wants to share her love of mountain biking with you. Her passion for health and wellbeing translates into the perfect guide for your soul ride adventure.
Lea is an associate coach and trail guide who holds an IMBA Level I and Level II certification. In addition, she is trained in first aid as well as CPR certified. She has participated and finished on the podium in multitudes of cycling endurance events across the southwest. Lea is passionate about the sport and shares this with everyone she meets. She is driven to help introduce new riders to the art of mountain biking as well as help those with more experience hone their skills. Always involved and engaged with the classes she teaches, it’s obvious from the smile on her face that the success of her students drives her coaching and results in increased confidence and abilities in all those who attend her clinics.
Soul Ride’s very own Yoga instructor Julie Munro makes retreats, yoga-tours and shop yoga nights something special. Julie has been living in and enjoying the Prescott area since 1981. She bought her first mountain bike in 1983 and had been riding and enjoying Prescott trails ever since. Julie is Adventure Education faculty at Prescott College and teaches both outdoor leadership courses and yoga. She has over 1000 hours of teacher training and yoga certifications, including a 500 hour teacher certification for the American Viniyoga Institute. She is also the founder of Satya Yoga, a yoga alliance, registered yoga school. Julie trains approximately 15 new teachers a year. She has also held a Wilderness First Responded certification since 1989. Julie’s favorite way to relax is to go mountain biking with her dog and enjoy quiet time in nature.
